Terms and Conditions
Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before any purchase. By purchasing from FIASCO, you are deemed to have agreed to our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
Payment
Payment must be made within 24 hours upon order confirmation. FIASCO only accepts DBS/POSB for Internet Banking. For verification purposes, picture of the receipt must be taken for ATM transfers. Payment will not be recognized if receipt is not shown.
Exchanges
All items sold are generally not exchangeable or refundable. Items can only be exchanged if the wrong item is delivered. Item must be in brand new condition. We do not accept exchanges due to wrong sizing. Exchanges are available within 1 week after the item is mailed out. No exchanges will be made after that period of time.
Product
All measurements provided are approximated. We will try to be as accurate as possible but please allow 1 or 2cm differences for the measurements. Do note that no exchanges or refunds will be made due to sizing problems.
Postages
FIASCO is not liable for any lost mails through normal postage. Registered postage is highly recommended.
